Vedika Jyoti: Ayurvedic Community Clinic : Affordable, Authentic, Empowering

The Vedika Jyoti Clinic is a teaching clinic for Vedika Gurukula, focused on providing practical application of clinical and counseling skills for advanced students under the supervision of Vedika teachers while offering low-cost Ayurvedic wellness services to the community.

Your case will be accepted at the clinic based upon certain qualifications under clinic guidelines. To qualify, you not only have to pre-pay for several appointments and commit to the duration of time involved in Ayurvedic wellness practices, but you should also not be in need of urgent care. Vedika Jyoti Clinic is focused on teaching health enhancement measures and is not equipped for emergency care of interventions of a serious nature.

TO START:

As a Vedika Jyoti client, you will be required to make a minimum commitment of 4 sessions for a total cost of $120. These four sessions include an extensive intake with a 3rd-Year Apprentice (also known as a Shikshu), an appointment with the Vaidya (Head Ayurvedic clinician), and two follow-up appointments with the Shikshu.

FOLLOW-UP APPTS:

Once the initial set of four appointments has been utilized, follow-up appointments can continue on an as-needed basis at a cost of $25/session and may include counseling, dietary/lifestyle recommendations, cooking demos, asana/pranayama recommendations, etc, that are customized to the client's case profile. The clinic hours are by appointment only, and will be scheduled between client and apprentice individually. It will be in the interest of the client to keep returning for follow-up appointments until the wellness goals are successfully met. The timing for the follow-up appointments will depend upon the client's ability to implement practices, lifestyle, and dietary changes and, of course, the individual needs of each client.

TO SIGN UP:

If you would like to become a Vedika Jyoti client, please call Ishani in the Vedika Global office to sign-up at 1-877-708-3342 ext 14.

Ishani will briefly discuss your case to assess whether the Vedika Jyoti clinic is a good match for your personal health needs. A commitment to, and payment for, the initial four sessions will be required at this time if you are accepted as a Vedika Jyoti client. Please understand that even after acceptance as a Vedika Jyoti client, there may be a waiting period before you are called for your first appointment with the next available shikshu/apprentice.
